  • Contact enquiries. When you submit a form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us.
  • Newsletter and magazine subscriptions. When you subscribe to our updates or to our Sanjeevani magazine, we collect your email address. Magazine subscriptions may be processed through a form hosted by Zoho (see “Third-Party Services” below).
  • Downloads. When you download materials such as course brochures, the prospectus, or magazine issues, we ask for your email address and keep a record of which material you downloaded and when.
  • Career applications. When you apply for a position through our Careers page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the role you are applying for, your cover letter, and your CV.

We do not collect payment information through this website.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, strictly for the features described below:

  • Download session cookie. After you provide your email address to download a document, we store it in a secure cookie so you do not have to re-enter it during the same browsing session. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser. Before any further download, we always ask you to confirm.
  • Magazine access cookie. If you subscribe to our magazine through our subscription form, we set a cookie (valid for 30 days) so you can open magazine issues without re-subscribing.

  • Forms (Zoho). Magazine subscriptions may be collected through a form hosted by Zoho. Information you enter there is also subject to Zoho’s privacy policy.
  • Hosting and storage. Our website, database, and uploaded files (such as CVs) are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
  • Analytics (Google). If enabled, Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager process usage data as described in the Cookies section.
  • Social media. Our website links to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Following those links takes you to platforms governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above:

  • Contact enquiries and download records are retained while they remain relevant to our educational and outreach activities.
  • Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Career application materials are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Withdraw consent and unsubscribe from communications at any time;
  • Request deletion of your personal information;
